Image Coordinator

 • Develop standard operating procedures, working closely with DAM engineer, to implement a new Digital Asset Management system.

 • Consolidate and migrate archives from various servers to Digital Asset Management system.

 • Assist creative team during photo shoots (eBay), manage shot list, create and implement metadata criteria for new photography.

 • Work closely with photography production team in the production, retouching, file naming, metadata, and worldwide distribution of all launch product photography (Dell).

 • Image Production lead on 48-page monthly catalog, both US and Canadian versions, sometimes up to 4 versions, ensuring all photography was shot and retouched in a timely manner, all third-party imagery was fidel, processed with metadata, filed on dam, and all imagery linked properly within InDesign layout.

 • Create lock up vector files from art director’s Illustrator layouts and vendor-provided vector art.
